Delivery Times

To bring you the very best prices, VIN contracts with many publishers and distributors. Most of these publishers ship the books you order directly to you from their warehouses, and delivery averages 4 - 8 business days from the date of your order.

International shipments could take 3-5 business weeks, and could also be delayed by customs in your country.

Your order must have a physical address as the shipping address. Delivery can only be made to a physical address, and not to a P. O. Box.

Return Policy

Contact VIN at 800-700-4636 for all returns. We will provide specific instructions for returning books you have received. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Shipping and handling charges paid will not be refunded. If the order was sold with FREE SHIPPING, a $6.00 shipping fee will be subtracted from the amount refunded.

Damaged Merchandise or Errors
If you receive damaged merchandise or merchandise accidentally shipped to you in error, VIN will gladly exchange it with a smile!

Shipping fees for exchange of damaged merchandise will be paid by VIN.

Shipping fees for return of merchandise you received, but did not order (packing errors by our staff), will be paid by VIN.

California Sales Tax
Orders shipped to California addresses will be charged California state sales tax.
